Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Affix the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized courier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
